Eriagor is a fantasy world that Kitten and I created together when we became disenchanted with Gorean roleplay.
It draws from many ideas we picked up reading high fantasy novels, plus some references, explicit or not, to both Kitten’s and my passion for science fiction fantasy.
These stories aim to depict a world where there are several, differing cultures: The warlike Eskians, progressive Ossians, Rothan with its pacifism and tolerance, and the raiders of the western islands. I think it’s a fascinating world. Brutal and harsher than Gor in places, but also civilized, forward looking and even progressive in others.
Kitten and I did our best to give our stories proper continuity and character development. We may have missed a few spots, admittedly, but then again, writing a new world from scratch is bound to habe a few snafus, right?
I hope the Eriagor stories convey this diversity, and that you enjoy reading them as much as we did writing them.
